Im back! I fell off the mfp wagon awhile back... Im now up 30 pounds and tired and ready to get it back off! Im Razzybeth with the Pearl River Swamp Dolls. I've done both (machine and hrm ) and only nitced maybe a 15 calories difference. I dont usually go by mfp unless i forget to get my monitor on.

ive done it wearing a hrm and each song burned about 50 calories ( of course i go all out and try to do all the moves ...not just my one arm) .. Im 160ish so that will give you a general calories burned estimate... have fun!

if your wondering if it would make you an "idiot" to still be friends than I'd say YES... obviously your gut is telling you not to do this or you wouldnt be questioning it. Who needs questionable friends????

My husband once told me that" it looked like i had 4 butt cheeks" in some shorts i was wearing... That wasnt a good night for him :) .. and once i started losing weight and really working out, he told me " I was worried that when you started losing all that weight, that you would lose your butt... but its fine still" ...…

i have the polar ft4 too... i love it, use it everyday.

you can lose weight just eating healthy. try a cleaner diet and see if you get some weight off, maybe the pain will ease up to the point that exercising can be supplemented in. Im pretty sure that pain is your body's way of saying dont do this yet. I like the swimming idea.... have you tried that?

I had the same problem today. ill do better to track my burn early enough so I have time to eat it back. I hate eating cal back after 730

i was at 140 and missed the day after... i dont how.. i was just being a slacker :( it was crushing!! Im now back on track with logging though, so lesson learned.

I worry about this with my son all the time. We share custody right now, and i'm dreading the day he says he wants to live with his dad.
