Looked at your diary. Try and add a couple or three days at 1000 -1200 to see if you feel better. Stagger the days so your body feels satisfied. You might try to add a couple of snack meals. I have three morning afternoon and evening. Don't worry about the sleep, you need around 8 hours to help with weight loss. Maybe your…

Don't panic if you are full and don't eat that much occasionally, but do not set a goal of 500 calories a day. Use the MBR…

You know I will continue to log on even when I'm in maintenance mode. Actually I think that's the most important time. It's easy to take your eye off of the ball and fall back into bad habits. It just keeps food more pragmatic and believe me, I'm most definitely a "Foodie"! It allows me to be able to have the foods I want,…

Try raw almonds. They help with the hunger and have the crunch value. Probably a handful or around 10 whole almonds will work. Eat them slowly and chew a lot - one at a time. They a:happy: re good for you. You really must have morning and afternoon snacks to help with the hunger. OBTW try and stay away from processed foods…

Totally agree with the free site adds. My fitness pal site has really allowed me to put consumption of foods in a new light. The adds do keep the willpower and determination thing in perspective, as to how much we need to stay focused and not be led astray!
