I try to grill or bake several meats (chicken, pork, tilapia) on Sunday and then bring leftovers for lunch during the week. Sometimes will throw together a salad and then reheat some chicken to put on top.

I love Blueberry Stoli mixed w/ Crystal Light Lemonade - I take the little packets with me and just order a Blueberry vodka mixed with water and add my own CL. Only about 60 calories for one shot of vodka!

I just finished the Insanity program yesterday and in order to see the greatest benefits I would recommend following the schedule and not missing additional days. For me this meant setting my alarm for 4:50am to get up and get my workout in before I had to get to work! Good luck to you!

Today was my last day of the program! Tomorrow is final fit test. It definitely gets easier as your body gets accustomed to the moves. Month 2 is much more intense than month 1

I love blueberry stoli (or other flavored vodka) mixed with crystal light lemonade. It tastes amazing and a shot of the blueberry vodka is only approx 60 calories. When I go out I keep the individual packets w me and ask for the vodka mixed w water and just add the cl to it, one packet makes about 3 mixed drinks.
