Really mad. I'm 197 lbs at 6'. I don't LOOK it but this is some trash. So now I'm back in the gym. It looks like I just need to tone and eat better although most people don't believe me, I'm not trying to hit 200 lbs. I weigh more than what I weighed when I was pregnant AND after my pregnancy. SO mad.

Thanks for that information because it always seems like I'm doing it wrong. I think my issue might also be due to some type of hip dysplasia (yes, like the dogs have). I used to get my spine manipulated. I'm thinking I should start again.

I'm at 1620 at 194 lbs but looks like I'm going back up to the 1660 I was because I went back up to 196 lbs. :) I currently eat that amount or 100 calories less than that. I'm 6' tall and 196 lbs. I was happy to find this group too. My goal weight is about 185. I probably won't lose it because I've been gaining muscle and I have DD's that weigh anywhere from 8-16 lbs according to the sites I've been reading. Everyone, feel free to friend me. I need friends on here.

You can't put that on him. If you're determined, he can eat what he wants and it won't stop you. That's like wanting everyone in the world to diet so that you can eat healthy.

It's funny, I noticed that I had the ability to look at my friend's list. I think that's pretty cool. Too bad I don't have many friends. I only saw it on this one girl's that I just became friends with. The word 'ninny" makes me laugh. I have friends that refer to breasts as 'ninnies'.

Cinnabons Whoppers from Burger King Klondike bars :) I eat them for cheat meals although minibons are 300 calories. I buy two on Friday but eat them for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. :)

Right! I've changed my meals around because of this. I know I like to eat a lot at night so I eat a nice breakfast, a light lunch, and then my dinner isn't a big deal and the red numbers disappear.

I have cheat meals, not a whole cheat day. On my cheat meal, it's usually because I skipped breakfast (happens sometimes on the weekend) so I have to make up the calorie goal. Cheat meals are better than a whole day of cheating. I absolutely HATE the red numbers from eating over my limits.
