I'm doing the same with tracking and gym. It is tough to count everything .. Especially when you snack on something small and think it's only 30 calories ... But it adds up. No change in weight? Try another way of tracking success, measure your waist.

Sw. 133lbs Cw. 130 Gw. 125 I know my goal is more then 5 lbs but I think it will motivate me . I like to set my goal high and then try my best to achieve it and even if I fail I know I tried. For example I'm trying each day do only do 1000 calories. Most days I go over but it helps me eat less. Something I have trouble…

I went through almost the same experience before I was diagnosed with being Bi-polar. Numerous rounds and cocktails of antidepressants. I'm also on Lamictal now and I love it! it works so well for me. Although I have gained about 10 lbs since this whole debacle of meds, hopefully I will loose it soon.
