Not a huge loss this week but my body tends to do this on an every other week schedule. So a bigger loss last week, smaller lost this week. Hopefully more next week!0 -

I know my goal is more then 5 lbs but I think it will motivate me . I like to set my goal high and then try my best to achieve it and even if I fail I know I tried. For example I'm trying each day do only do 1000 calories. Most days I go over but it helps me eat less.
Something I have trouble with is eating small all day but then getting hungry at night and wanting a huge dinner. I know. .. Eat a bigger breakfast but I'm in such a hurry then and not hungry .

Okay, this is my countless time on a "losing weight" mode and I'm determine to shed those fats this time. Come on everybody we can do this! Say no to "fried" "sugar" and "processed"

Based on the last six weeks, I need to track my calories better. I have been working on keeping the total intake 1400 or less. On March 31, I began working out a gym, went 15 times in the month of April. No change in my weight. Zero. This is very frustrating. I read a post here about someone who got really honest about her food tracking, I guess I am not being honest, reporting everything? However know I am eating less. Trying to focus on keeping on with tracking and gym work.
I'm doing the same with tracking and gym. It is tough to count everything .. Especially when you snack on something small and think it's only 30 calories ... But it adds up. No change in weight? Try another way of tracking success, measure your waist.0 -

I weighed myself this morning, as since I changed my routines I noticed my weight drops in the middle of the week. I'm down officially to 74.4 pounds as of this morning. I used to weigh myself Saturday but since I changed gyms and started doing exercises on different days. The dates the scale moves has changed to Tuesday/Wednesday.

I behaved mostly this week, but found it hard not to misbehave. Ever since I started lifting weights and eating around 1900 to 2400 cals a day I'm finding it easier to drop two pounds a week even though I have my goal set for a pound and a half. I think the trainer at good life is right, you burn more calories quicker with muscle vs just cardio. That's why I most likely stalled for a few months. I seem to be on the right track again.
