Not a huge loss this week but my body tends to do this on an every other week schedule. So a bigger loss last week, smaller lost this week. Hopefully more next week!0 -

I know my goal is more then 5 lbs but I think it will motivate me . I like to set my goal high and then try my best to achieve it and even if I fail I know I tried. For example I'm trying each day do only do 1000 calories. Most days I go over but it helps me eat less.
Something I have trouble with is eating small all day but then getting hungry at night and wanting a huge dinner. I know. .. Eat a bigger breakfast but I'm in such a hurry then and not hungry .

Okay, this is my countless time on a "losing weight" mode and I'm determine to shed those fats this time. Come on everybody we can do this! Say no to "fried" "sugar" and "processed"

Based on the last six weeks, I need to track my calories better. I have been working on keeping the total intake 1400 or less. On March 31, I began working out a gym, went 15 times in the month of April. No change in my weight. Zero. This is very frustrating. I read a post here about someone who got really honest about her food tracking, I guess I am not being honest, reporting everything? However know I am eating less. Trying to focus on keeping on with tracking and gym work.
I'm doing the same with tracking and gym. It is tough to count everything .. Especially when you snack on something small and think it's only 30 calories ... But it adds up. No change in weight? Try another way of tracking success, measure your waist.0 -
