D2 - Cardio X - uggh yoga section was not pretty, I am so not flexible:ohwell:

I will be breaking up the yoga - half in the am, half in the pm. I don't have 90 minutes in the morning before work.

chobani plain - add stevia, cinnamon, vanilla, sliced almonds. Sometimes I add cocoa powder also. I have also mixed it half/half with salsa as a dressing for a taco salad.

I like to run in a gentle rain. I don't run if it is pouring or there is lightening. I prefer, however, to run in the snow... again, not a blizzard.

1 full push-up done (plus all the ones in P90X Core Synergistics done on my knees). As part of this 366 challenge, I am also doing sit ups, full squat with TRX assistance. All done plus a 4 mile walk. Must be nap time ;-). Libby

My thighs not rubbing together. Long distance running and playing tennis for hours on end. Not having to wear a bra if I don't feel like it.

100 lbs for the first five feet and then 5 lbs for every inch above 5 feet. Therefore, 130 lb.

When I am working, I have breakfast around 6 - 6:30am and then I have a snack around 10:30. Depending on what you had for breakfast, you could need more food. Also, what are you doing at this time of the day? Something you don't really care to do?

I went to an orthopedic doctor for my knee pain. The little man (he was about five inches shorter than my 5'6") said to come back when I was as thin as I could be and then he would look at my knee.

7 lbs in two weeks - some of it is going to be water. Up your protein, cut your carbs and get some movement going. Congrats. I had a small weight gain primarily because I am very sensitive to sodium and there was quite a bit in most of the holiday food. Today, I am down from where I was last Saturday.

I get my chocolate fix using cocoa powder. I add a tablespoon to 1 cup frozen mixed berries and protein powder for my morning smoothie (I also fill the blender with baby spinach but not everyone is into that). Two things are helping me with the evening stress eating. I make sure I have a snack in the afternoon. If I get stuck in meetings or forget, I make sure to take 5 minutes before leaving the office to eat part of my snack and the rest in the car. This prevents me from wanting to stop and grab something on the way home.…
