  • I am starting on Sunday following P90X Lean schedule.
  • Toasting bread in the office (esp raisin bread) should be illegal. :wink: I bring lunch and healthy snacks to work everyday. I make sure to drink plenty of water and gum is my friend. Often I find myself chanting in my head... "nothing tastes as good as healthy feels". It isn't easy and I don't always succeed.
  • I am in for both the push up and sit up portion. Not sure that I won't be moving into sets after about the first three days :blushing: but there are 24 hours in a day so if I can only do one at a time, there is plenty of time to get them in until my strength builds up.

  • L3D9 complete! One more workout, which will probably be either tomorrow night or Monday morning. I am spending the night at my mom's and will not be taking my weights and DVD with me.   • For most of the last eights weeks, I haven't really been hungry. Wednesday, every time I turned around I was hungry. It was odd. The only difference was that I didn't get in my morning walk. I will have to start keeping track if I miss that walk again if I am hungry the rest of the day.
  • Glad to hear that you are going to do it with lifestyle changes instead of a quick fix surgery. Stay focused and enjoy the journey discovering how strong you really are and that you can do this.

  • Ugh... my low back decided to start acting up this weekend. I was able to do L3 both Sat and Sun but I had to modify a lot today. No jumping at all and the supermans were totally out. Only burned 155 calories (been averaging 215 - 215) but that is 155 calories more than if I did nothing. So L3D4 sort of done. :ohwell:

  • Timely post... I roasted two chickens last night and was looking for some recipes using cooked chicken. I am going to try these but I will add broccoli to the mix and just roll in oat bran instead of the cresent rolls.
