Money! Then I could hire someone to do the dishes and shopping. I love to cook and I love healthy food. I usually fall off the healthy eating wagon when I don't feel like shopping or dread having to do dishes.

I run/walk - 4 minutes running / 1 minute walking. I completed four half marathons using this method.

1 cup plain greek yogurt 1 tablespoon cocoa powder stevia or other sweetener to taste 1 teaspoon vanilla mix all ingredients together. I usually add about 1 tbsp of slivered almonds on top.

That happens sometimes. You will probably gain some/most of it back once you start feeling better. When I was in high school, I had pneumonia and lost 15 lbs in two weeks... I was already thin before that.

low calcium or magnesium... OR... can also be caused by aspartame (sp??) (artificial sweetener in a lot of diet products).

Repeating over and over "nothing tastes as good as healthy feels". Doesn't always work so I try to pick healthy snacks instead of junk like donuts, chips, ice cream.

1. Unloading/loading the dishwasher (even though it only takes 3 minutes (I timed it) 2. Putting gas in the car 3. Getting up to let the dog out.

I was not all the fond of it either but I made it through the whole 30 days. I did a lot of modifications - especially all the jumping moves. But I good results and have moved on to P90X.

Probably the opposite because it has lots of fiber. Eating unclean stops you up.

I usually have dinner by 6pm. I get up at about 4:1a5 and start my workout at 4:30a. Usually, I don't eat anything. If I wake up hungry, I might have 2 tblsp of dried fruit.

It's all about lifestyle changes. And you can't have a different lifestyle on the weekend if you want permanent change. You need to eat healthy 90% of the time. You need to log every day, even the weekends, at least until your patterns have changed and become habit.

All complete through day 29 (push up, sit up, squats, TRX reverse incline row) I started breaking into circuits. Amazed that I am still hanging in there. Taking it one day at a time.

Week4 done. Not seeing much movement on the scale this month but I feel stronger. I did yoga last night and I really tell the difference between the first 30 minutes the first week and the first 30 minutes yesterday. Onward to week 5.

Permanent weigth loss is a lifestyle change. You are never going to be able to eat the way you did before. Slow, steady progress is better than losing huge amount, going back to your old ways and gaining it back. Keep the faith. If you make the lifestyle changes, you will see the progress.

McDonalds is the one thing that I can't eat anymore. It makes me feel like crap within a couple of hours. I prefer running in the winter over running in the summer... I don't like the heat. Days 15 - 21 complete. Switched to sets yesterday... did 3 sets of 7. Today I will be doing 2 sets of 11... I am going to start mixing it up so that it is a bit different everyday. Decided I am not going to think more than one day in advance because it is too daunting.
