Chin up! How much do you have to lose? Are you new to dieting? these can be really big factors! I also think you see the effects of good/bad weeks a week later if you get me so you are kind of working in a 2 week cycle. I bet next week you will see that dial budge. stick with it!

Hi! I always try to 'overestimate' my calories (not by massive amounts. But if you think about it an average egg is 80 calories. So 2 eggs is 160 calories. If you divide that by the 6 slices of cake, the eggs only provide each slice with 26.66 calories. Is it worth faffing around subtracting such a small amount of calories?

I have just started my 30 day shred today. I have vowed to do it for 30 days straight. Add me if you like for some motivation. I also took measurements of all flabby areas today so I can see exactly what is going on.

Wow! Well done for losing a stone since Xmas! That is amazing. It sounds like you are building up muscle - a lb of muscle takes up less room in your body than a lb of fat...this would explain why you are shrinking in inches but gaining in weight! What's a lb on the scale really when your body is getting smaller?

Wow! I'm from the UK and we don't have to do that here. The only things they want to know about are physical disabilities etc...that would affect our capability to drive! You really do learn something new everyday!
