Wow! Congrats. Good luck with following your dreams.

I did it - headaches for the first day then I felt OK. No lasting benefits to report!

As long as you eat back your exercise calories I'm sure you will be fine! Try it for a while and see how you go - remembering that aiming for a pound a week weightloss is recommended! Good luck with your journey! x

Make your own lentil soup! Lentils = lots of protein!! my fave is 3/4 teaspoons of cumin seeds dry fried in a pan, chuck in a chopped onion, 3/4 grated carrots, veg stock cube and a cup of red lentils. pop in enough water to cover the mix and cook until lentils are tender. Whizz and enjoy! x

Ha ha ha! Now where has that blasted Chihuahua gone?? Oh yeah - gone and never coming back!!

Sorry to go against everyone else here but I actually found level 2 much easier. There is lots more arm work but less jumping around like a nutter!
-
Can you replace with half jacks/ running on the spot? It may sound strange but give level 2 a go...level one is LOADS of jumping I tried level 2 today for the first time and found it harder on the arms but easier on teh legs!

WOW that's a hell of a difference! My scales keep saying 8888 then turning off (even after changing the battery) I have resided to weighing at Boots (a pharmacy chain in England if you are from over the pond!) maybe you could try that once since I assume these places have to keep their scales serviced to see which scales…

Definitely Moderate :) Check you out though, getting through those laps!

Feel free to add me! x

Before hurting my knee a couple of months ago I had started the 30DS. I did it for 10 days (before falling down the stairs) on top of my normal gym routine (4 days per week) and I got (what I condeider to be) amazing results just in that short time. I think you will manage the 2 no problem!

Carrot and cumin soup is AWESOME!!!! literally just dry fry a couple of teaspoons of cumin seeds til they get toasty (not burned). grate 3/4 carrots, add a cup of red lentils, pop in a veggie stock cube and enough water to cover the carrot - simmer for 20mins or so til carrot is cooked! nom nom nommmmm

I have just started taking omega oils too (though mine are flax seed since the thought of oils squished out of a fish makes me feel sick!) so I would like to hear people's stories too!

Ditto the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred - I did it for 10 days a couple of months ago and had amazing results - then I fell down the stairs and hurt my knee/ shoulder but an back on it now. Her moves are simple yet get your heart rate way up. Plus they are in 25 minute sections so easy to fit into your day. I also tried…

I would defifnitely say something - you pay for the classes you are entitled to a good workout not snide comments/ impossible moves!

Have you tried upping your fibre? Pop a couple of handfuls of lentils to your dishes....you will be away in no time :)

When I did slimming world things such as tomato and herb pasta and sauce were free on green days - if you go for tomato ones they are not many calories. Things like this will be light for you to carry in and also take up hardly any room in your bag. Marks and Spencer also do cans of curry that are really quite low in…

Ah HA! That makes sense - thank you.
