haha..! It's easy to preach it but following your own advice is another story. OP, you are only 129. It's gonna take a while :( I am 159ish and it's getting hard now. I can't even imagine how you must feel.

Yes, i would be the same if i was sedentary. But since my job keeps me on my feet a lot my maintenance is about 2250, before my "gym" calories are even added. But good job on your weight loss!!i hope to be as successful and keep it off.

Im guessing you are not very active or you maintenance would be higher...right? If you are very sedentary that makes sense I guess. Otherwise 1650 to maintain would suck for me anyways...lol

Good question. people on here have all kinds of opinions on that matter and not all of them agree with each other. But I think it depends on the person who is going through it. I have issues with constipation...:( That can stall my weight in the scale at least. Or stall it in a way that I am not losing at the rate I should…

Nice...5 pounds! I have experienced eating low calorie many days in a row and all of a sudden one day i over eat my goal by at least 500. The very next day i drop a couple of pounds.

There is one thing I hate. That is the limited childcare hours my gym have. That's it. Once Im there Im focused in my workout and not my surroundings.

I prefer the "eat all you want and lose weight diet". Like drinking wine, , eating chocolate and cheese and BREAD, and lose 1 pound a week...diet.

Is a cheat days same as going way over your calories? Because I go over some days, and I'm way way under some days. It all evens out in the end.
