Im same height as you and 156 today. Once I hit the 150s I get comments how "thin" I look. I think it's how I am built. Maybe the same for you. I am very evenly distributed. I lose weight all over evenly. So yeah, I do look pretty ok at 150. And I can only imagine how I would look at 138. 138 is my goal weight.

I prefer running. It gets my heart rate up unlike anything else and I can go on "forever",,lol Elliptical and other machines bores me and I can't get my HR above 100.

Same with me. I just added a 3 pound loss and my calories were cut by 30 . So it does auto adjust. Maybe it's a setting people have to turn on.

Me too remembering once I hit a certain weight, my calorie allowance became less. Like I went from 1550 a day to 1510 all of a sudden.

I wish. I was going to season my fish with lemon pepper the other day. But when I looked at the label I decided against it. Something like 850 mg of sodium for 1 serving. lol.

Sugarfree soda is bad. It will trick your body and think it's sugar and you still get all the calories....

Water weight!! My husband stalled for 3 weeks. He had over 100 pounds to lose. 3 days ago he checked his sodium intake and realized he had been averaging 4000 mg a day...no wonder the scale is stalling. So for the last few days, he has kept it around 2300mg, and lost 3 pounds right away.

Im 159 now, started at 186 in October 2017. I lost 30 pounds in 7 months, gained back some, lost again, and again gained 10 over Christmas.....sight Now I'm back again at 159. Shooting for 145. In order for me to lose weight I can only eat so much calories. Even at only half a pound per week. A few slices of pizza will take up too much of that. BUT, I get what you are saying. I will double check my fat intake. What about carbs. Will too few carbs hurt me?

I do eat fiber, but maybe i need to eat more than what mfp recommends. I drank Metamucil for a few days but no result. Maybe I need to double up on that.

I weigh everyday, but i log my weight every Monday.

So after 3 days of accurate logging and with a decent deficit, I weighed myself and I was 1 pound heavier than 3 days ago. That is what's so annoying.

I was running a lot before November last year. Im talking 5-7 miles 3 days a week. But then I pulled 2 teeth ( prepare for implants ) and was told not to do any hard exercise for the next couple of weeks. Well...those w weeks became permanent.
