Wow is really all I can say! Inspiring! My longest race was 10 miles and I thought I was going to die! I can't even imagine what 100 would be like!!
-
yes - it does get old. I'm also tired of hearing - you lost more weight! you've got to stop! when I've not lost a single pound in almost a year! the worst is they'll argue with me! Last time I told the lady - I should know, it's my body! argh.

You can do this! Keep thinking of those beautiful kids of yours!

Once a week - Sunday morning, first thing when I get up. There is too much variance from day to day - even hour to hour - I find that discouraging. Once a weeks works great for me.

Way to go! Now that you've done it once, you'll want to do it again =)
-
Wow! Well done! Great story - thanks for sharing!

interesting that everyone thinks they are bigger than they are...
-
My perception of myself is still off. I'm 5% smaller than I think I am. That's society's doing... It's slowly changing though...

YES!!! Thank you!! I thought the store started with a B for some reason! How did you ever find it?
-
nope - it was a clothing store - and they had a lineup - sort of like in the how to look good naked show - except they weren't naked =)
-
Keep going! You are so close!

Garmin vivofit. I used jawbone up for 1 1/2 years then moved to garmin.

Happens all the time during the summer... only when I walk though. never happens when I run. I'm not worried about it. Goes away when I get home and drink some water.
-
Good luck!! Way to go!
-
I've walked my 10 000 steps everyday for the past 363 days...2 more days to make it a full year! No breaks needed - you should be walking every day.
-
Good work!

Rest. I had to see a sports med doctor - was placed on rest for a few weeks. I was allowed to run - no more than 1 to 2 km 3 times a week.

A couple of beauties - Ottawa, Canada

I have a vivofit - I wouldn't spend the extra money to get a 2 - the differences are not big enough.

I totally understand your mind playing tricks on you. Deep down, I know I'm not fat. yet when I look in the mirror, I see fat. Your pictures prove that your mental message is wrong. WTG!

Here are my thoughts based on my experience. 1. A variety is good. It will help different muscles develop. I hate doing hills, but sure make your legs stonger. 2. I eat 1 hour before my run, depending what time I run. If it's after work, I have a light snack. You need energy to run. 3. I don't know why you would be…

I love my garmin vivofit. I have an iphone and I can't sync with mfp for some reason.
-
Yup! Your jaw line is more defined! Way to go!
-
That's awesome! Keep going! Alternate between 2 and 5 km so you don't get injured =)
-
Way to go! One day at a time!

You have to make it a habit. I've had my device for 2 years now. I'm on a 300 streak of 10 000 steps. I don't get much at work - I go for a walk after I get home. There is no way I go to bed until I have all my steps. It's a bit more difficult in the winter as it's -35degrees Celius -I dress up and get going. You can do it!

617 days for me =)

My husband has a samsung phone and it works for him. I have an iphone and it doesn't work for me.
