When we went to Disney a few years back - I actually lost weight - you will do soooooo much walking that I wouldn't worry about it =)

That's awesome! plus you are a great writer! Loved the story!
-
Fantastic!! What will be your next running goal?
-
WOw! and they even look a little big! Awesome work!
-
Wow! Way to go!
-
Could be as simple as changing your route - do you always do the same? I find changing mine often keeps me going... I get bored quickly =)
-
I say no because men's metabolism are different than women. My husband and I both have fitbits - I have longer legs than him so I always get less steps than he does - makes me mad =)
-
This is so easy! Potato chips! No doubt in my mind!
-
WOW!! You are fantastic!

I'm 5'4" and I weigh 127lbs and people always tell me I look too thin - which I don't...I have a small frame so yes, I'm thin but I'm not skinny. I do think 130 for your hight might be borderline skinny.
-
Wow! Just wow! =)

Welcome to the club of breast reductions! I had mine done about 7 years ago - was about the size you were on a small frame - best thing I've ever done! What a relief you will feel once they are all healed!
-
That's awesome!

You look amazing! I attribute these comments to jealousy. People always try to make themselves feel better by putting others down...
-
That's awesome! Keep on running ;)
-
Happens to me too - especially when it's hot.
-
Awesome work! Keep it up!

I have a small dragonfly on my foot - took maybe 5 min. to do but man that was painful! I would love to get a second one - but knowing it will be painful... I'm not sure I can get it done! Wimp I know...

Start slow- meaning don't think you will run a 5km next week. Run some, walk some and each time run a little bit more walk a little bit less. Run every second or even third day - I found I improved faster this way. On the off days - walk, walk, walk. I'm 42 - started not quite a year ago. You can do it!
-
I agree - take a new picture and look at it beside and old one. You are doing awesome - and no, you are not alone! Women are their worst enemy - we are conditioned to not be happy with ourselves - Love who you are and be proud of what you've accomplished so far!
-
Wow! Keep on going! Your are doing awesome!
-
That's quite the story! I will stop complaining now =) Way to go!
-
This was so much fun! Way to go!

-
Fantastic! Keep going!

People I haven't seen for a while... Them: OMG! Are you sick? - Me: humm, no why? Them: You're so skinny Me: humm, no, I'm just healthy.

When I started I ran one day and brisk walked the next. i'm not training for the Olympics or anything - so that's still what I'm doing. At first, it was really helpful- and i saw improvements in endurance really quickly as my body had time to rest and repair itself.

I love my under armour! Nothing moves when you have that baby on! =)
-
I was doing the app - I plan on starting again - just need that extra bit of motivation =)
