Depending where you run, you might fill it up quickly and it will then get heavy =) It would be a nice move for the environment ;p

hum, don't eat out? Bring your lunch - it's the only way to "not get in trouble"! I find it really difficult to "eat well" when out at a restaurant - plus - there is no portion control there! Good luck!

You need to look at those pictures you posted closely - see the amazing work you have already achieved? You have a bit more to go - you can do it!!! Take a break for a couple days if you need to - but don't give up! you are almost there!

I'm midway through season 2 - I'm taking a break from it as it's getting quite difficult - I just can't sprint that much when running 5 km...

Have you thought of emailing runkeeper or whatever other one you are using and mentioning that you would love this feature and that no one offers it - they just might listen to you and work on adding it in - if it's doable. good luck!

I also started with Zombie Run - but walking. I then decided to run when I heard the beep beep sound. I then decided to run a little bit during each song. I can now run 5k in 36 minutes. When I'm doing my 5K I don't use the zombie app or else I won't make it. it's still a little too difficult to have to run full speed and…
