I only started running about 2 months ago - I've only gone outside - don't know what I will do when it gets cold (I'm in Canada - with lots of snow and ice and cold - YUCK!)

I know when I get on my board the first few times my thighs have a hard time adjusting =) After the first time going down I'm ready to quit =) As the season advances, it just gets easier... and not as tiring... I don't really prepare - I look forward to seeing what others will offer!

The Ring was scary Just went to see the Conjuring - I screamed a few times. Lady in black scared the bejesus out of me! I LOVE horror movies!!

I've done 100 so far - half of them modified - meaning I bent my knees as I just couldn't do it anymore - and even that was difficult!

Went down in band size- not cup... I had mine removed surgically because of health issues - best thing I ever did!

If I worried every time I spotted I would be covered from head to tow with worry warts =) Start worrying if and when you are late... not because you are spotting... your body is probably reacting to your health changes... I agree with others - doubling up makes no difference - probably a bigger hindrance and than anything…
