I've done 4 total and I don't think my legs will be able to handle one more... so that's it!

I've had mine since March and love it. It's motivated me to get up off my butt =) I've lost 30 lbs since I've had it. If nothing else, it makes you aware of how much or little you move in a day! I never go to bed without my 10 000 steps.

Go for it! it's the best exercise for you! Physio therapist recommend it all the time! What I love is that you are not sore the next day =) Go for it and let us know how it went!

Good job! I also am not a runner - at least I never thought I could be! I got the Zombie Run! app and guess what?! I can run! I ran 5x3min with a 1 min walk in between - took 30 minutes!! I was so excited! The impossible is possible after all!

I only buy Speedo - the cut is right, and I find they last the longest.

I love my Pepsi! - I will share a can with someone - or I buy the small cans - they cost more but I drink less. No more than one a day - if even that.

I would say not accurate. I walked for 1 hour 25 min at 3mph and burned 274 cals.

how long = time I use runkeeper - it adds it all up for me in MFP. I love it! ETA: I've started taking a picture of something interesting (tonight I took picture of the moon) each time I walk (integrated into runkeeper) - love it!

I just eyeball it - I drink a glass of water I add a cup... it doesn't add up to anything anyway...
