  • This stuff is SO darn confusing to me too... I usually try to eat 1100 calories, and not eat back the ones from exercise.. today and yesterday I'm going to bet netting right around 1100. BMR TDEE make 0 sense to me. =| Ty for posting.. because I might learn something here. ;D

  • This also happened to me! I got all of the symptoms then they kind of stopped.. and I was a little late, I got worried too. I had a teeny bit of spotting, that also went away. I did panic.   • I do know for a fact that the more you weigh, the more calories you burn. So you can watch your calories that you're eating, and burn a *kitten* load off with exercise.
  • I'm losing 74 lbs =) You can do it. All the exercising and weight loss will keep you busy waiting for him to come home <3

  • This is exactly my problem!! I've been going 3.5 weeks and I keep thinking.. 'why haven't I lost 70 lbs yet?!?' :sad: I keep telling myself '2 lbs a week'.
