Carry it over =) You can't actually 'move' the calories over but you can keep track of them your self. If you've got an even or something coming up that is a good way to enjoy without over doing it.

Test it out.. If you weighed at different times that could be it. Take a weight set.. and weigh yourself with and without them.. and check the difference.

I've always really like subway!! If you are out and hungry, and want fast food.. Subway is alright! You just really have to watch your choices.

I'm on the total opposite side of you =p I live in Myrtle Beach, SC and I have NEVER had a beach body as much as I love the beach <3 I will never live outside of driving distance from the beach..and when I'm done here I will have that beach body ;D

I add Cayenne pepper to almost everything.. all it is, is vitamin a, you can get it in a multivitamin..and I would rather have a cup of green tea instead of taking a pill.. I take a regular multivitamin with iron. They are pretty important if you aren't eating as many calories.

Look up 'Natural Vitamin Water' on Pinterest =) I don't know how you would track it though because I'm sure your getting calories.

I had my boyfriend hide mine.. =p It isn't a bad thing to weigh everyday.. it can help you understand how your body fluctuates =) If its stressing you out, have someone hide it!

Exactly. =) You literally have the weight of water, and food in your body! Your weight can fluctuate 2-3 lbs a day.. that is why it is best to weigh in *second thing in the morning.. (Don't eat or drink anything, go potty, then weigh in)

Yeah!! =p You can go under one day and eat the calories back the next day.. some people call that zig zag diet.. *I don't know much about it...but it keeps your body 'confused' you don't get used to it, helps you to not stall out. You can also earn a cheat day like that!! =p If you go way over one day, eat less the next…
