Eating too few calories

MFP tells me to eat 1200 calories, which I do. I also exercise daily and work off about 450 calories on the treadmill. I honestly don't feel a need to eat any more but I keep getting these messages that I'm not eating enough. Am I supposed to eat more even if I am not hungry? I thought this was the behavior that I was trying to avoid. Any suggestions? Am I doing this right?

Don't force it.. if you aren't hungry don't worry about it0

i have a feeling this is going to lead back to eating your exercise calories back or not which i've seen here a few times. The bottom line is some do, some don't, you gotta figure out what works for you. If you're not hungry then don't force it but i'm finding the same problem, even getting to my basic 1200.0
