I'd go to the gyno. =/ If you exercise, you might have moved something around, maybe a cyst or something.. maybe an infection. Worth getting checked. I knew someone, she got hit in the uterus area, and it started her period... any rough movement would do it.

I had one.. honestly I didn't like it, it felt like I wasn't doing anything! It IS better than doing nothing though =) Use it during any free time you have. Tighten up your ab's while you use it.. give you a little bit more of a work out.

I think, burning that many calories a day, you have room to eat a lot more! Even trying to lose 36lbs in 4 months. (That is not impossible.. 7 weeks, I'm down 30 lbs) You can see my diary, I eat 1100-1200 and burn way less than you.

It does.. =/ You don't have to do that.. but you can. It helps to even it out.. half of a birthday cake, that is a lot of calories. You can look at calories weekly.. that way some days you can enjoy and some days be more strict.

**About the hunger issue.. sometimes your body confuses the thirst for hunger! So if you go drink some water before you decide to eat ,you might find that you don't need to eat yet =D

I was gonna try it like 2 years ago... It was WAY to expensive.. Special K is yummy, I do like the cereal though. =) The 'Special K' and the 'Yoplait' Swap thing.. they are just ways for them to sell more product.. honestly it is easier to just go buy what ever food you want and eat the calories you have set =)

Uh..I like it =/ I've had my license for about 3 years now.. but I just got my own car this past Feb. I also just moved to Myrtle Beach.. and during Summer there is a *kitten* load of traffic.. it makes me very nervous. I do really like to drive, I just still get so nervous because I've had an accident and the traffic.. =(

It could be your new scale! Test it.. =) My boyfriend has a weight set.. I weighed myself, then myself holding weights. It was within .4 lbs accurate =D

Eating veggies can help.. Celery and cucumbers are good. They help hydrate you without you actually having to drink any water. =)

You should enjoy food.. it is part of your life, it keeps you alive.. BUT if you just don't care and 'enjoy' too much, it will make you overweight and can make you sick... =/ Enjoy in moderation! Don't enjoy it to the point where it costs your health! The point of food is to fuel your body to enjoy other parts of life.
