  • You don't have to plan out all of your meals if that isn't working. I try to do that.. then I end up eating something else any way.. So I just snack on things all through the day and track them as I do.
  • I would get discouraged by seeing only .5 to 1 lb loss per week.. =/ I do know plenty of people that are losing at a slower rate and are very happy with it.   • Depends on your activity level. I'm set at sedentary, so if I clean my house I can track it as calories burned. If you pick and active lifestyle, don't track it.

  • I go WAY over mine everyday.. Usually because I replace a meal with a fruit smoothie. It isn't that big of a deal if all of the sugar is coming from good places.
  • You can add/ message me anytime!! I met my Dad when I was 12 years old, and he wants NOTHING to do with me. He didn't even come to my graduation because he was 'tired'. I know all I can do is accept it and move on. I'm fighting right now to find a lost sister. So I know the feeling. =(

  • There are days where I don't eat until Noon or later. It takes a lot to actually go into starvation mode. It isn't that dramatic.. It might now be the best for your metabolism but it doesn't mean you are going to starve. I can skip meals.. and still lose. Some people can't.

Tell her you don't want her weight to be the reason you lose her.. =/ You have to be careful though.. this could have the opposite affect =| A person does have to be ready to lose weight or else it will never work.   • Take in the morning, then eat breakfast. If you take it and don't plan on eating, your tummy will hurt.
