  • Popcorn is NO sin.. it doesn't have that many calories.. if you had a large with butter and seasonings it probably wasn't great...but I highly doubt you just ate 3500 calories worth of popcorn. That is a sh*tload of popcorn. You just ate a lot of salt, that is where they weight is coming from. WATER.

  • Try having a piece of Dark Chocolate! =) And some fruits! The chocolate will help you to feel better, the fruit is good for you, and filling. Both should help your mood out some! You'll have energy, you'll be full, and maybe stress will be easier to deal with.

  • I never feel like eating breakfast...especially when I have to work earlier.. SO I pre-make 'smoothie packs' and make Protein Smoothies =) My favorite is Strawberry Mango! I've been using Activia, strawberry.. they are thinner than when I use Yoplait.. both are YUMMMMMY!! I use Body Fortress Vanilla Whey, a scoop of that.

  • Just cut back your calories for a few days =) I'm gonna 'save up' some calories for a cheat day this weekend.. You aren't gonna put on weight unless you eat 3,500 extra calories.. even then its only 1 lb.
  • I carry around a 16 oz cup with a straw with me. I can drink like 6 in a day O.O I really don't have a problem drinking water at all any more, I love it!.. Used to only drink Sweet Tea.. didn't feel good all the time. Now I feel terrible if I don't drink plenty of water.. =)
  • I was at my grandmas house and went to get a Swiss Roll.. I bit into it and it was Sour.. =( Chocolate isn't supposed to be sour.

  • I am 5' 4" 193. I eat 1100 *try to* and I'm losing just fine.. Honestly there are days I eat all my exercise cal's back and some days, like today, where I have a hard time netting close to that.. Get as close to 1300 or 1600 as you can comfortably.

  • I agree with this.. I've never been pregnant.. never trying to lose weight and pregnant.. but a deficit doesn't sound like a great idea.. I would try to maintain as best as possible until you have the baby =) But of course, only a dr can really help here.. I don't know much about weight loss and pregnancy.. =(
