Forgot to mention.. sometimes when you feel hungry.. it is your body telling you it needs water! So some of the hunger can be replaced with water, helps you feel full and eat less! =)

EVERY function in your body requires water. Water is 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 sugar.. etc.. Weight loss and drinking plenty of water go together. It gets on my nerves seeing people that drink NONE... =/ They only drink Sweet Tea.. here in the south I see that A LOT.. or sodas or juice.. Water is very important in weight loss..…

This kind of advice is for people that don't want to/ care to lose weight.. it is an 'easy' place to start cutting back.. =/ I get it all the time.. Gets annoying.

I am also worried about this.. I've been over weight my whole life.. I don't know if I can look good/ skinny at all.. =/ I'm doing it for the health of it though =) Just think like that.. it is for your health. Looking good/ not good at the end isn't gonna matter because you've lessened your risk of cancer, diabetes, heart…

I wouldn't want too.. I'm doing a LOT of tummy exercising to tighten it up.. but I don't have too much weight to lose.. I don't really 'agree' with plastic surgery either.. just not something I would do. If I had to lose a lot more weight and I had that problem and I could afford it, I would consider it..

I kind of just went for it.. I didn't really talk to any one about it till it started. My boyfriend of course knows all about it, as he is my only supporter here at the moment. You are 21 lbs down. Keep going, just you =) All of those fad diets work for a little while by putting your body into starvation mode.. as soon as you start eating again, your body stores it double time!

Thanks =) I don't see why they look at me like I'm doing something crazy.. I know people doing all those 'cleanses'.. as soon as you eat anything your body is going to store it as fat.. =/ Least I'm doing to so it will last. I feel much better about it all now. =)

Mostly, I drink water. I do have either coffee or a Monster in the mornings.. If I really have some kind of craving I go for the 'Clear Choice' drinks that Rite Aid has =) Very yummy and have 0 everything.. I've had no problems with them..
