I personally wouldn't count it.. but I mean it is made with water =p I would never count a diet soda as water! Light tea, green tea.. you pour a cup of water, and steep the tea... so yeah.. Water =) Just make sure you do get some plain water in there too.. because tea does have caffeine.

I had no loss when I ate all my calories back. I do sometimes just because I have a bad day and need to eat them back.. but I try not too. SO far it is working out for me. I'm not sickly or tired or hungry and I'm losing.

What a terrible attitude. :indifferent: Be an example... because it is the ones like her that will end up losing and gaining it back. Everyone losing weight needs to understand that you have to keep it up, it is a lifestyle change.

Start taking ibuprofen AS SOON as you feel it coming. That blocks what ever hormone that makes you have cramps. =) It works for me.. Soon as it actually gets here I take a naproxin in the morning, and before bed. =)

If you actually eat all the fruit and veggies you want, I don't see a problem with it..I saw a girl that is doing to to figure out self control with eating.

My boyfriend knows.. I mean, he sees me everyday.. he see's what size clothes I wear. He could pretty much guess my weight. After 8 years, I'm pretty sure he could give it a good guess. I'd tell him.....it isn't that hard to guess weight. I get excited to run and tell my boyfriend that I've had a loss =)

I have cheat days so that I don't lose my mind.... =) You do get really frustrated counting every calorie, and tracking all of your exercise everyday...cheat days are good for the mind, and body! They speed your metabolism up.

My boyfriend just left to get me some dark chocolate because of it! This month's is especially awful.. I've been taking ibuprofen and naproxin and still have bad cramps. I'm taking it as a rest/ cheat day. =)

Try better quality calories... =| I'd try to find an alternative to your coffee... I switched to a frozen coffee protein drink as a meal replacement! I love it.. so yummy! 300 calories, that is breakfast, and coffee, and lots of protein. Maybe should also try to monitor sugar.. I know it isn't necessary for everyone to but…
