Get some wipes to take with you! Don't work out with any make up on.. I started breaking out too.. it is gross. I use baby wipes to get sweat off, then take a shower and scrub!

I remembered another! Keep the food on the stove, don't put it on the table! Eat off of a smaller plate. =)

Eat VERY, VERY SLOW! And have a nice big glass or water before you eat! Put your fork down in between each bite, don't take big bites.. and chew for 30 ish sec's. That attitude needs to stop. 1 lb a week is totally normal. I bet your body is no where near similar to mine.. or any one else here. You only have 30 lbs to lose? That is why you aren't losing as fast.. your not as heavy as some people here. When you are really heavy, weight comes off faster at first. Stop comparing…

Make your own! =) Get some protein powder and find smoothie recipes online. I was making one with strawberries, mango, blueberries and a yogurt, then I'd put a scoop of protein in it. So yummy =) I'm now making one out of my morning coffee!! =) Mmmm Pinterest is really good for recipes!

I have a Coffee protein shake! =) So YUMMY <3 It replaces breakfast, and its got my caffeine. I put a scoop of protein powder in it too.. it keeps me full and it so damn good.. =) I don't usually like to eat breakfast either so that thing is perfect. It tastes like a McDonalds frappe...
