Unless the person with an ED is set to 'maintain' or even 'gain', they have no place here at all. =| I get very frustrated when I see someone has set their goal weight is under 100 lbs. =( It is insulting to those that really do have a lot to lose..

ANY!! =) Go for a walk!! Go jogging.. if you can Hike! If you have a local pool go swimming!! When I first started out, I'd walk like an hour a day. Felt really good..

If you are worried about it, stay on MFP for a while =) You can go change your goals, and switch from losing to 'Maintain my weight'. =)

Doesn't seem like you will. =/ Depends.. I started out at 214, and I'm down to 179... I haven't lost the belly yet but so far I don't have any.. I haven't had a baby though.. Work on toning while losing! Drinks TONS of water too =)

It is because you're 'dieting' make it a lifestyle change =) Make sure you eat enough, and enough good stuff, take vitamins and DRINK WATER. Lots of it =) Headaches mean your body isn't getting what it needs..

My first few weeks, I didn't have a problem! I'd completely stopped...but the last few weeks, at night is when I have most of my 'cheats'.. =( Leave some extra calories for the night, try to stick to fruits and veggies too at night! That is helping me a little.. Good luck. I'd love to see some of what everyone else says…

I used yogurt instead of milk or juice, you can use greek yogurt for more protein.. =) I use Body Fortress Whey.. I used it in my fruit smoothies and now my coffee drinks <3 Mmmm =)

Take pictures! =) You aren't gonna see it for awhile.. I still don't see it in the mirror..but I look at my progress pictures and I can really see it =)

Today I'm trying to log my entire day first.. to keep myself from snacking when I shouldn't... =| I do log everything before I go eat it though, just to make sure I'm not about to go over all of my goals. =)

Fruit is good for you, strawberries are very filling! Natural sugar isn't going to hurt you! Having a strawberry vs. a candy bar is good.. that is why I like to have that kind of stuff.. You do need the antioxidants and the other good stuff that fruit has for you =)

I disagree here.. Commercials can tell kids how delicious and yummy and good the food is..but children don't work to buy their own groceries. Parents need to put their foot down and say NO to the junk. 'Fatty' foods aren't exactly cheaper..you just have to learn how to shop. Portion control is also important here. As far…

Your body holds onto water when you don't drink any. You drink water to Prevent dehydration.. being thirsty, isn't good... it means you should have already had water. Water is necessary for EVER SINGLE FUNCTION IN YOUR BODY.
