UGH... I basically only have 20 min each day (M-F) to work out and that only burns 100 calories. That's only 500 calories. I don't think I can get 2000 burned on the weekend. :(

I can't eat enough calories and I'm worried. I eat and eat, but only get in about 1000 and I'm stuffed. I'm looking for foods to add that won't raise my fats, carbs or sugars too much.... mostly my calories. You are probably gaining muscle but losing fat. Have you checked your body fat? Has it changed? How about your measurements? I'm 5'6" when I weighed 125 lbs I wore a size 8. When I weighed 145 lbs I wore a size 2. It just depends on how much fat is on your frame. At 145 I was all muscle (not muscular, but toned).

I forgot to brag....175. I have to make myself do the first 50, after that I get distracted. I try to remember to squeeze the cheek muscles each time when going up.

I was just thinking about this topic earlier in the week. My sister used to do this. She loved to do leg lifts and would do them until she fell asleep. Believe me, she could do a lot of leg lifts before she would drift off.

My daughter loves diet pepsi. She gave it up for lent this spring. Without changing anything else, she lost 6 pounds. Needless to say, she doesn't drink pop/soda at all anymore. I try to stay away from it if at all possible.

Doing good so far! One day at a time. I'm still having a problem getting enough calories in without going over in carbs or fats. I did add some fat free cream cheese to my wraps and some homel 70% reduced fat pepperoni's which have helped. I'm getting in about 30 minutes of workouts each day. I have two daily mini…

I have this DVD workout....and have had it for over a year now. The one time I decided I was going to start it, I couldn't find the dvd remote and couldn't get to the play option on the dvd player itself. I think I will go get a new remote this weekend. You have inspired me.

I had five kids with no pain killers (my contractions always started out 2 minutes apart and I had some looonnnggg labors). I have to say I didn't think I was wimpy. I don't go to the gym either, but definately can not eat late at night. Late night snacking - even a small amount or a healthy snack just packs the pounds back on me. I know, I've lost 5 of the 10 I gained letting myself eat a late night snack during the last 6 months. Now if I'm hungry I will only eat 4 animal crackers…
