Thanks, that is great advice (trying to keep up w/ posts, haha!). I will definitely think of a fitness goal to keep me motivated, and to help turn my attention from the number on the scale to a fitness goal! :flowerforyou:

Yes, that's true. I think I look pretty good, and I know I look relatively "slim". But I guess what I mean is that it's hard to find that place (mentally) where I am content. I don't know why, but Hostess Honey Buns. The gross ones that are loaded with tons of preservatives. I could eat 2 in one sitting, easily, and probably gained about 10 pounds from Honey Buns alone during my 4th year of college. I do count crystal light and added powders as "water'. Just adding a powder to water doesn't negate the fact that you're hydrating yourself. I like to make pancakes using 1 banana and 2 eggs (you can add egg whites for even more protein). Just mash up the banana really well, mix with eggs, and add cinnamon. Sometimes I'll add stevia. These are delicious and super filling!
