Don't be frustrated or discouraged..... Make sure u eat small (8) meals per day. Drink lots and lots of water. Make your own smoothies using no sugar or milk. Use apple juice with strawberries and bananas. So yummy...... Keep exercising. YOU CAN DO IT! YOU WILL DO IT!

HEY..... WHY NOT TRY A 30 MINUTE WORKOUT AT HOME FOR THE WEEK INSTEAD OF GOING TO THE GYM? I USUALLY ALTERNATE. IF YOU ARE KEEPING TRACK OF WHAT YOU ARE EATING THAT'S A GOOD THING TOO!
