Your abs won't just pop through until the fat is gone. You should work your core anyway for strength and stability, but abs are made in the kitchen.

If you saw how tilapia is raised and farmed you may not be super stoked about it. There's better fish available, swai for example. Good on you for eating healthier, but you can do better than a trash fish.

You have to cut the fat off to see abs. Those muscles aren't the type that get big like your quads or arms, they won't ever pop if you aren't trim.

Planks are awesome. If you have a swiss ball then low crunches or reverse raises.

I had rehab for ACL reconstruction and used a firm foam roller all the time to loosen various leg muscles. It's not my favorite but really works well. Another option is something called "the stick", but you need someone to perform the exercise on you. That thing felt terrible but was awesome for loosening things up.
