well I am actually 4' 11 -1/2".:wink: I always struggle with those weight charts. I haven't been rear a weight that would come close but I would be happy getting to 125lbs and seeing what I am feeling like. I don't really think I could ever weigh much less than 115. But that seems like a very good goal.

I ate at one last week for my daughters birthday. I found it hard to find calorie counts but this was my plan and I lost 3 lbs last week. I got steamed rice, not fried and only ate about 1/4 of it. I would love to join. I had started this program in Decemberbut didn't have a treadmill and the weather here has been very cold and snowing so I decided to postpone until I got a treadmill. I purchased one last week. I had completed week 3, so I will start back at week 2. Hoping to do my first 5K this spring.
