I was averaging between 1350 plus eating back cals. About 1800-1900 cals a day. Remember I'm not burning that much excercising because I'm not that over weight. I'm lifting heavy and a lot. But once again from what I've learned and read you can't get an accurate calorie burn from strength training. Tdee -20% is 2100. I…

I was using the flavored chobani as an ice cream substitute, I was putting it in the freezer. I think you're all correct. It's a tweak I'm gonna have to make. Thanks for the reminder of the sugar.

Can I be your friend. I'm about 50 days in. I LOVE to work out. But I'm still stuck in this, should I eat mentality? I should probably be netting a lot higher. But I'm worried. I need to be friends with people who train hard so I know that it's ok to eat ALOT.
