I workout between 10-12 hours a week. I lift a lot of weights and run. Mfp eat back your calories isn't cutting it anymore. I'm hungry. I'm 5'3 130 lbs. I've been on mfp for 100 days now. I don't think the scale has moved in the last 60 days...honestly. So here it goes I'm eating more. Some feed back from people who eat and train hard. Thanks.

What was your old calorie intake, and what are you increasing it too?0

I was averaging between 1350 plus eating back cals. About 1800-1900 cals a day. Remember I'm not burning that much excercising because I'm not that over weight. I'm lifting heavy and a lot. But once again from what I've learned and read you can't get an accurate calorie burn from strength training. Tdee -20% is 2100. I don't know I'm frustrated today and hungry.0

Good luck! I will be really interested to hear how you go, as I am thinking of doing the same thing.0

You probably haven't been eating enough. I have up my calories 3x since I started and each time has result in a loss or at least no gain this time. Always willing to help motivate others. I've logged on MFP for 340 days straight so i'm always here trying to lead by example.0

I was eating by MFP standards up until I lost a little over 30 lbs. I was eating 1300 calories a day. I updated my weight and it said it wanted me to eat 1220 calories. Uh, no. I like food and I was struggling enough staying under 1300 no way was I cutting down more. So I decided to try the tdee thing. Yes, the increase seems like SO much food but life is so much happier. I can eat cheese and peanut butter again! (I had cut it out since so little was so high in calories and once I started eating either I had a hard time stopping. Soo Delicious!) I tried to eat all the calories on the first day but that obviously wasn't going to happen (I was so stuffed, my body hated me and I was only at 1500.) Each day I just tried a little more to eat closer to the goal. Yes, I think I gained one whole pound the first week but it's week two eating the new amount and I've lost two pounds since monday.
You probably won't have the same results as me because I am 55 pounds heavier than you but I thought I would share my experience anyways.
Good luck and enjoy food!
Disclosure- I apologize if my grammar and literacy are not up to par, it's been an exhausting day.0
