they should call the cops, and report him for fraud or something. I'm sure a little visit from the cops can "motivate' him to do the right thing

I read the article as well, and I fowarded it to everyone I know who watches the show, but I do have the 30 day shred, and just ordered the 6 week 6 pack, and I gotta say her workouts do work really well. I will not support biggest loser because I believe it is more the show's producers than the trainers.

my dr actually reccomended probiotics for that. I am taking the digestion plus through arbonne, and I haven't had that problem since. If you want to look it up, check the website under my signature, and it's under fit essentials. I highly reccomend them.

I did level 1 for almost 20 days, until I was able to completely do it, no stopping, little modification, though there were a few rest days in there. Now I am on day 6 of level 2, and I plan to do it til I can do it completely with little modification, the same with level 3, then I plan on doing a different one every day

OMG! that is horrible!!! Report him!! And I would call everyone papers and everything.... how dare he?? I think you were a lot calmer than I would have been.... f that. Stupid people!!! I had the same problem with my knees and the shred the first few days. I took a weeks break and started taking glucosamine chondroitin…

I have it too. I am only 7 months out, but also healed excellently and very fast. I use the support thing that I had when I was pregnant. They sell it at Target and babiesrus that I know of. I wore it before I gave birth, because I didn't show until 7.5 months then just popped overnight and was in so much pain from muscles…

the metformin will help you lose weight, but try controlling your carbs, that's what my father had to do, he has diabetes
-
I'm pretty sure it just allows people to save it for future reference under my topics, so they can go back to it later

I got him tickets to a concert that has everyone he loves playing... he's gonna die when he sees them
-
keep up what your doing... the 30 lbs will be gone before you know it
-
I started logging it as circuit training but the calories are off. I then googled it and you will find the cal/hour for someone 154lbs. adjust it for your weight then for the time. That's as accurate as I have gotten it, it's only a few calories off from my hrm maybe 5 under at most
-
i just checked it seems to new they don't have it on there
-
If you google it, they tell you how much a person weighing 154 burns an hours. So just divide the amount they tell you by the 154, then multiply that number by your weight, and adjust for the time. It's 26 minutes but you are actually only working out for 20, so use 20. That is usually only off by a calorie or two…

A new wardrobe, with clothes that fit and hug curves, you know the curves you actually want? lol

You can usually get on a carnival 3-4 day cruise for around 300/pp with 2 in a room if you set a date that isn't a holiday

protein shakes have many benefits. I personally use it to help build up strength before or after a workout, as a meal replacement when I'm running short on time, and sometimes as a snack with fruit or peanut butter. I have tried a lot of different ones, and so has my b/f, Our favorite is Arbonne brand. Check the link in my…

no you really lost it, all scales are different, I use the wii because it's easily accessible as well, yet the one at the gym is usually about 4lbs less, the peditricians is 5lbs higher, my dr's is almost 10 lbs, and the gyno is the same. So I stick with one.

Definitely more energy, but I also noticed that I am watching labels to see what in things, I even started making my son fresh food instead of canned baby stuff because it's healthier
-
It dehydrates you, and they contain a lot of germs... don't do it : )
-
Are you weighing after you workout? because you will show a weight gain. I've heard from trainers that the harder you workout the more of a weight gain you will show
-
I started 30 day shred about 2 weeks ago, and my knees little by little have been killing me, but I remember being younger and havingn that happen at the beginning of any sports season while your body got used to it again. I am just giving it a little more time off, some heat or icy hot, and tylenol
-
It really depends on what you will use. The elliptical is a better workout, but it's harder as well, and if your going to get it and end up not using it then the fact it works out better doesn't do anything. You should get a week pass at a gym and try them both out, and see which one you are more likely to use long term.

A friend of mine told me to try chocolate protein shakes, I tried a few, the best I found was the arbonne ready to go ones, they actually taste very chocolatey. I live on them during the tom
-
I have it, it's cool, but hard sometimes as I have two left feet lol
-
I love chocolate too, and reese's. My solution? I drink the arbonne protein shake chocolate which actually tastes like chocolate, and then through a scoop of peanut butter in as well and mix... very yummy and filling, not so many calories

Congratulations!!

You can do weight training at anytime, just use light weights. 2 or 3 lbs are good to start with. You should try to do the bike 4x a week, and work up more time little by little. Don't go over crazy because you will wear yourself out, or get hurt and quit. If youare looking to do something different, try jillian michael's…

I don't count this, as I was doing it before and it made no difference, I only count what is extra to my day : )
-
a long as you hit 1200 you shouldn't go into starvation mode, but if your exercising 500 off 6x a week, you may want to consider eating back some of them, most people on here seem to think 1/2 is good; ) good luck!

I hear ya! You can do it!
