Day 22 was okay. I am within calorie limits, but workout is still not happening. Need to make better choices too. :/

Day 22. So far so good. Healthy protein-rich breakfast. And a papaya smoothie for mid morning meal. :)

It's Day 21. I'm trying my best. Lesson that I've learnt here is once you form a habit and disciplined routine, don't let it go so easy.

So Day 18 was good, until I ordered a pizza out of temptation. Day 19 wasn't good too. And day 20 has not been improving. What is wrong with me?

Winters really are tough, no kidding! Day 16,17 were not that good. I couldn't stay under. Not hugely over but around maintenance calories. Day 18 might be good, if I get my workout in.

Salad jars with yogurt. I also swear by carrying single serve pouches of instant oatmeal. Mix it with yogurt just before eating. Gives me complex carbs plus proteins. :)

When I first started losing weight, the only activity I was comfortable with was walking. I walked for 25-30 minutes everyday as fast as I could. Slowly it started getting longer. Day 14 was okay. I managed to just hit my calorie goal. Day 15 has been okay too. Just on target. But the problem is, I can't go walking nowadays coz of extremely cold weather outside. Though I've got some exercise dvds, still walking is my first choice always. Anyway, gotta find a solution. :/

It's an old thread but I have a B-belly. Absolutely hate it. Lower roll is bigger. But well, I'm trying to lose it atleast to the point where it stops interfering with my tucked in shirts. If I find results, I'll post.

Falling off wagon for even a day is really tough for me. For example, I'm trying to eat better after 3 days and its proving really tough for me. To top it, I can't go for walk. Thanks to all the cold. Rant over.

Day 10,11,12 were not good. I ate bad and couldn't work it out. But no bad days can stop me! I'm getting back up and I will do better. #feeling determined.
