Gonna try these right now. Will report back results ????

Thanks so much, that helps give me an idea how to approach this type of training as well. Cheers!

You need to talk to your doctor/mental health professional, I'm thinking most of the advice on these forums won't be relavent to you. You're doctor will likely be able to help guide you through recovering your health better than what most people can offer here. Good luck to you. Feel free to add me as a friend.

Former military here. I can't give you a specific plan, but basic is about 2 things, push-ups and running, so if nothing else work on those two things. Specifically have her talk to the recruiting centre about the fitness testing they do and have her train for that as well. I imagine you are American (I'm Canadian) but for…

Oh wow, what a difference 30lbs makes! Thanks for that, makes me excited, I'm almost half way to 30 ????

Wow, looking good! Great job!

No I'm eating enough for weight loss. I'm avg 1.8/wk, that's where I want to be. I eat about 2100 a day, netting about 1500.
-
I just bumped up my intake by 200, I'm still hungry, but it definitely helps.

Post breast feeding, I'd be thrilled for someone to appreciate my breasts again.

Haha, nice! That was me last week (not alcohol, but food). Nice runs tho, that helped for sure!

Totally, TYT Nation. Honestly, when they did the comparison it made it sooo apparent how weird the photoshop'd version looked. Her arms were scary freaky. How can people look at magazine covers and think "oh yeah, she looks totally human"? It's beyond me.

You look so wonderful! I love the photo of you on the beach ????

Haha, oh my god I'm imagining a power snatch with O' Fortuna in the background. Truely terrifying. (O' Fortuna) Lift occurs @ 1:36 .... Think about it. http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=daeG0xLWEmw&desktop_uri=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DdaeG0xLWEmw

I don't think you can 'tone' the pooch itself, that's just fat loss. What do they say, "you don't make abs in the gym, you make them in the kitchen". Basically, eat a cal deficit to lose fat. Tone up your abs by doing ab exercises, ex. crunches, leg raises, reverse crunch etc.. Good luck, I'm working on mine too ????

BOTH. That is all.

I don't know about a cheat day, but I think it's good to have a day in the week where you go over your cal by a few hundred. I had two significant drops after a day of increased cal intake followed by two days of normal cal restriction (for me ~ 1400). That's been my experience.
-
To hit my cal goal I switch out whole milk with skim, and do scrambled eggs with one whole egg and one egg white. I also started doubling my normal fruit/veggie portion for meals which has helped keep me under. These simple changes help keep me from going over.

Agree, I break a sweat every time!

I'm fairly tall (5'10), so thankfully the weight is pretty well distributed.

I ate at 1200 for two weeks and I found it super hard to keep all my micro's. I also found it really affected my workouts. For me at least I didn't lose any weight those two weeks and after I bumped it up to 1400cal I started losing again (this I think is completely personal, and probably won't apply to everyone). My only…

Starting weight for this challenge: 195lbs Current weight: 193.4 Total loss since May 27 (9 days) - 1.6lbs Not the 2lbs/week I was hoping for, but I'm not complaining!

I worked out everyday last week except for my rest day on sunday and burned a total of 2,625 exercise calories including running, elliptical, and weight training. This week, same thing. I've also been eating 1200 cal the last week and will do so until the end of this week. Unfortunately eating this low cal has negatively…
