I could actually tell within the first week with my face. My stomach didn't feel as bloated either and after three weeks a pair of my pants don't feel as tight. No one has noticed yet except for my husband, but that is okay. I feel so much better! Hang in there! You are doing great and will continue to succeed!

I have a problem with binge eating at night after the hubby and kids go to bed. I will even sometime eat in the middle of the night if I get up with one of my kids, but I don't do it like I use to. Feel free to add me as a friend :smile:
