Im back-its been a month..lol. You may know of my story...you can go to my page if you want. Long story short. ...

Start: Heavy , SICK, Depressed and miserable.

Now: ALIVE

9 months later,I am here. I cannot believe it. This month im incorporating weights and less cardio. I want to see a change in composition this month. Ive never been one to want to be thin, I just want to be toned, strong and healthy.

    Yes they are definitely a huge part of how I been able to be successful. MFP is a huge part of it. One month in? CoNGRATS-thats the hardest! Only uphill from here. Congrats!!
