I think my problem is that I don't eat enough, yet I'm about 70lbs overweight. And sometimes I'll overeat, like I'll binge... bad foods... like pizza or burgers. I'm trying to start a steady diet and cook tasty meals so I'm not tempted to splurge on bad calories. So I thought this would be a good way to intake more healthy…

Not much activity here lol I did 5 p90x days in 7 days. I chose zumba over p90 weds & Thursday I chose not to without. Feeling good but also very tired! Love it!

So I went to my room to do day 4 p90x and I fell asleep cuz I was so cozy on my bed. So after I woke up, I ate... So now I'm waiting so I can do the workout... @ 9 pm lol no excuses!!!

Right now I weigh 187 but I spread it out so I don't really look it.... Lol but I want to be 130 or 140 depending on how I look

I haven't done it since Thursday! I hurt my shoulder doing push ups Friday so I stopped!! I heard a snap on my upper arm/close to shoulder area so I stopped instantly... It feels way better today but I'm skipping 30ds for a bit... Until I feel like my arm is back to normal...

OK Trying again lol TODAY I've been overweight for a long time... I think 216 was my highest but I'm not so sure... but now I'm at 187.... and I'm frustrated at this picture upload thing... but yea... I still have 57 more lbs to lose....

Day 4 level 1 My abs were sore today but not too bad!! The exercises are getting easier but still a major challenge :) I love the sit ups and flies :)

Very cool ladies!!! Keep up the amazing work!!! I just completed day 3 level 1 and getting a lot better!!! I feel like I have control over the flies and lunges/biceps curls better. Still pushing the side lunges.... Those are soooo tough !! But I am going to perfect it! :) And I am also surprised at how much that workout…

Yea! EverythIng is Perfect except the side lunges!! Lol my arms don't go that high!! But keep pushing!!! :) it really works u Out huh!!!! For 20 mins!! Pretty cool

Lol I used 8 lbs and it was ok. I struggled a bit on the side lunges but not to bad! I feel a little tired from yesterday's but not really. I'm looking forward to say 2!
