On Dec 15th 2010 I had weight loss surgery. On Thursday it will be one year since I had the surgery. This was the best thing I have ever done for myself. What a difference a year makes. I'm down 165 pounds since the surgery and 222 pounds since June of 2010. I still have 67 pounds to go to get to a "normal" BMI Hope these pictures post. The 1st one was Dec 2010 before the surgery, the 2nd was in July 2011 and the 3rd one was today. Dec 2011.
