I'm a 12DD. I was probably bigger when I started. I'm not sure. Denial is a pleasant place to be. I've lost at least 20cms around my boobs - I haven't measured lately! I can be done

Hmm.. It appears I can't help. Sorry - not sure what's wrong!

Hi Everyone! Once again thank you so much for your kind thoughts. I thought I would give an update because I am all recovered! It's rather long. The short of it is it went really really well : ) I had my surgery last Friday. They were running about four hours behind so they checked me in and then I had to wait all by…

^ This. The one thing I would say is try and do it in a nice way. I have some friends who have gone on diets and will NOT shut up about it. That is infuriating. "do you know how much sugar is in that" "that is really bad for you...." It's beyond frustrating when this happens.

I got mine out on Friday! I Want to eat everything lol. I've mainly been eating custard, ice-cream and meal replacement shakes. I'm over it! I had scrambled eggs today - so good. My mouth hurt a bit afterwards though. I tried some raisin toast today only got through a quarter of it. Speedy recovery

You've lost 45 lbs already! That is awesome!!! I go through phases all the time. I am currently in a "it seems too hard" phase. It will pass. Keep doing what you're doing and one day you will realise you're at goal!! How amazing will that feel?!?!?!

I'm in queensland... they exist up here anyway. Best of luck

Try and find a bulk billing doctor? They do still exist :)

I'm coming up for air after two massive work days. Thank you so much for all of the wonderful replies and support. Planning is definitely key and being a little bit nicer to myself wouldn't go astray! I'm having my surgery tomorrow so that is the first goal. After that is recovery. Next is to get stuck into some…

I had four of my adult teeth removed when I was younger (12?). I have a small mouth! Gosh it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I remember sitting in the chair crying and my grandma took me and she was crying too. On reflection taht was probably why I was crying! It may also be one of the reasons why I am anxious…

Oh wow! I've read weight loss can be a side effect of the limited diet? One of my friends told me that after a few days of not being able to eat solids she put a steak in a food processor! She has reassured me that I can borrow the food processor at any time. I'm not sure if I will take her up on it. Another told me about…

Yes? I remember when my mum had a surgery she came out really upset and this is why I think I was initally worried about this. I've also had colleagues telling me about their crazy ramblings following coming out of surgery... I think this is why I was a bit anxious... but what will be will be!

I'm planning to have the week off too. I work for the government to and mostly with children (they don't need to see that scary sight)! Sorry to hear that you have the numbness! I'm hoping it does heal up for you but it is a relief to know that you don't notice it. Best of luck with it!!!

Yes! I went a few years without visiting a dentist won't do that again in a hurry! My dentist is Irish and has the best accent ever and sparkling blue eyes. Plus he treats me like a child and tells me exactly what he's doing make's it so muc more bearable! I've heard our dentists are expensive though. Private health…

Yes!!! Thank you so much :flowerforyou: I'm in Australia so we are generally pretty lucky and have access to good services

oh and I've never been under general anesthetic before. I'm not so worried about that anymore. It's probably best as I am not the best dental patient

Thanks! Your puppy is adorable!!!

Oh dear! I am looking forward to the trashy tv!!! What a day (September 11) to have your surgery! Did any of you have any impacted teeth that were close to nerves? That's what I'm scared about at the moment... Oh and my doctor has given me a week off work which is kind of a bonus as it coincided with about two public…

Thanks guys. I think the risks I'm worrying about are very rare! I don't really have any pain at all with them. I am getting all four out. I'm going under general. I think it's more of a prevantative thing and I'm also getting braces put on at the end of the month. Lots of DVDs and sleeping I'm thinking. The money hurt I…
