    I started off a 36FF and I find shock absorber bras work fine. I don't think i've ever had back pain, just keep at it and they'll go down! I'm now an E :)

    Cursed (or blessed) with 34H's.
    I have finally found a sports bra that gives me the support I need and its cute too! Panache sports bras. They don't give you the "uni-boob" look that most sports bras do either.

    I have one of these too. I find it's ok for gym, and it does look nice. (Mine is purple and deep pink, and it's a nice style.) But it doesn't do for running. (For me, anyway.)

    I started as a 36E / 38DD and I use shock absorber sports bra's - usually a size smalled (D) to stop the bounce.

    I am now (after losing 4 stone) a 32 D and still use shock absorbers as they are the best I have found for me!

    I'm a 12DD. I was probably bigger when I started. I'm not sure. Denial is a pleasant place to be. I've lost at least 20cms around my boobs - I haven't measured lately! I can be done :smile:

    I'm a 36DD going down to a 32E/34DD when I lose the excess pounds and find ShockAbsorber sports bras to be the best for me. I regulary do a bootcamp with intervals of running/squats/pressups etc and I find it keeps 'the girls' tucked in nice and neatly and they don't fall out when bending down, lol!!

    Well am I this kind of woman too, got the old sports bra but couldnt get my exact size so had to make do with a g. I never seem to lose any weight from them if thats what you mean, Though I think they might go up alittle when I out on weight, I know someone whos chest was massive when she was over weight and now hers look more like mine.The hard thing is what it makes you look like, mine make me look fatter than I am and i have problems getting a fit, my chest does not match my waistline in the slightest, so buying a fitted dress is difficlult. People with small boobs are so lucky and will always look better in clothes than me and its costs me stupid money to get bras too. wish I could get them from normal shops, have to go to specialists like bravissimo.Oh and yes running isnt fun at all, woudl really need to keep a hold lol.

    I have to disagree. Running is loads of fun, with my GG / H cups....

    I started at an Aussie size 22DD I'm now a 16C at 58kgs lost I think I will end up with a B "sigh" at my goal weight at the start I would wear a crop top with a bra over the top and that kept the girls in, but gladly giving up my boobs to be fit and healthy :)

    Title 9 sports and bounce, both of which have websites, have top quality sports bras for busty ladies. I buy a lot of my bras on there.

    I'm a 40DD and I absolutely LOVE Champion brand sports bras. They come as large as XXXL! As long as it's a first time wear (haven't worn it all day and stretched it out -- or if it's straight from the laundry) I don't find that I need to double up on them. Then again, I'm not a runner yet so I don't have quite the bounce that some other's might ;) Hope you find something that works for you!
