Finished my first round yesterday! Going on my SECOND round of the 30 DAY SHRED!!! Level 1 day 1. I find myself doing the harder versions of each excersice instead of the modified. I'm feeling stronger, definitely more flexible, and my endurance is pretty awesome! DETERMINED!!!:bigsmile:

Finished the 30 day shred!!! Lost 12 pounds and I know I gained some muscle.

New to this group! Glad to have found ya'll! Just finished Day 1 of Level 2. Significantly tougher. Not going to lie, I had to take a couple 5 second breathers lol Pushed through it nonetheless. Let's do this!
