Apples with natural peanut butter is one of my favorite snacks. As for meals, try chicken breast with tomatoes and onions and lime and have black beans and basmati rice for sides.

Just a good ol bag of lays potato chips...mmmmmmmm. They are not allowed in my house though, I can't control myself. However, my family is well aware that when I die, I want to be buried with a bag so i can enjoy them for all eternity lol

I hate wearing shoes so I go without any chance I get. I also work out on a mat at home. When I'm at the gym, I have shoes on. Buuuuut I do have planter fascitis due to my ridiculously high arches so I just make sure that I wear my arch supports the rest of the day.

I'm only on day 3 but I'm planning to do 10 days on each level...not sure that's going to happen but that's my goal. I won't move onto the next level though if I can't handle the level I'm on...minus the push ups...I'm an arm weakling

I tend to have 4 extra pounds during the week of mine. Try not to worry too much about what the scale says and focus more on how you feel. Keep making healthy choices and working out and you'll be fine! :-)

Hang in there and don't give up...it's a lifelong battle for me as well. And you know what, the happy thing is that you are dusting yourself off and trying it again...as long as you continue to do that, you never fail! :-)
