I can see quite a few of you have said you exercise at home. I exercise at home however in the winter, it's still dark out when I wake up and I really struggle to get out of bed. I get up between 30 - 45 minutes earlier than when I exercise, so it's very tempting to stay in bed. Does anyone have any tips for this?

I am on about the same but I usually end up with closer to 1400. I have small meals as I need quite a few snacks especaially in the afternoon to keep my blood sugar stable. My mini goal is to get under 144. This morning I weighed in at 146. This time last year I was doing so well on my journey and got down to 144 which was my smallest in years, so I am hoping to pass this and continue forwards.

I use the add meal option rather than the recipe builder. I add all of my ingredients by scanning and weighing. I usually make 4 portions at a time, so when I add this to my diary I set the portion size to 0.25. Personally I only use my Fitbit to track exercise so I go by what it says. I do eat back less calories than it says as I think it overestimated calories from walking

My current weird thing is to slice up a banana and microwave it for about 45 seconds. Sometimes I add some mixed spices to it. Goes all gooey and delicious but my colleagues think I'm crazy!

I'm kind of the opposite. I'm awkward in real life until I feel comfortable with someone. But then online or via message I feel I come across cold and awkward! I work in an office and sometimes I have to rewrite my emails to make them nicer :#

For cupboard food I'd recommend microwave rice or cous cous with a tin of fish e.g tuna or salmon

I've been making egg muffins lately. Just mix eggs and anything else you want and cook for about 15 mins. I've been having bacon and leek in mine this week but you can have spinach, other meat or veggies
