Also remember, that as you get smaller, weight comes off slowly. You sound like you actually might be pretty close or in your recommended weight range, so with exercise and healthy food you're more likely to see a lot of toning, rather than a lot of weight loss. You're doing great though!

Yesterday was an off day, so I just when and did the zumba classes. Today I'll be doing strength training and then the zumba classes. I LOVE zumba. Yesterday I did both curvesmart and the two zumba classes back to back. (one hour total for classes) I had to skip most of the recovery stations during my curvesmart though, because I was running late for the classes. Still felt like I was getting a good workout though.

When I first start the stations, I try to put at least one empty station between me and the next girl, that way I don't have to worry about them moving. I started doing zumba at my local curves. I LOVE it! I started out with two half hour classes a week, and now I'm doing 2 classes back to back 3 to 4 times a week. First exercise I've ever actually looked forward to.

I honestly don't know that I burned 788 cals, I think maybe the computer was off. However, I did do better on the machines, so I'm sure I burned more than I normally did. :)

Used to attend DragonCon, PlayOnCon, Frolicon.. But not so much since I moved to Las Vegas.. Oddly enough, Vegas doesn't seem to have many geeky cons, at least not that I can tell.

I'm kind of weird. If I try to jog or anything fast on the pads, after warmup, my heart rate goes over what it's supposed to be. To keep it within target zone, I march. I always feel lazy though, marching. lol Everyone else is jogging, jumping, or whatever.

Worked out at curves yesterday, but forgot to post. Did Curves Smart, and then did two zumba classes back to back (1 hour total).

Our curves doesn't have any specific exercises that you need to do on the boards, just whatever we feel like doing. I usually march in place, maybe do some knee lifts, jog a little if my heart rate is on the low side. I get my major cardio in through zumba.
