I started drinking herbalife a couple months ago but today I decided to quit. It works amazing but its a little expensive for me because Im saving for a car, so now I have to the a completely different thing to loose weight and sizes. Im 5,5 and 148 pounds. Im doing jillian 30 day shred and eating healthy, but that is not enough for me, Im not loosing weight o sizes like I want so Im a little frustated. I know i have to be patient and do it slowly, but I just want to be happy. Can some one help me on how can I loose weight even if its slow?
BTW: sorry if I spelled wrong a word or a sentence. Im a spanish speaking girl trying to practice my english

I also did Herbalife for a while...and I also thought it got SUPER expensive. I did some research and found that Walmart sold a soy protein powder (brand is EAS) that is pretty much the same ingredients as Herbalife... they only have chocolate and vanilla in the store... but those are the basics anyway! Most of the Herbalife supplements are pretty easy to replace too. One is a fiber supplement, one is caffeine, etc. I do like the energy tea, so I have continued to buy that from Herbalife, but everything else (almost) can be replaced for SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper! :-) Good luck!0

Hello!
Never give up! Continue counting your calories and try substituting unhealthy foods for foods that are more beneficial. Are you exercising frequently? Dieting alone won't make a drastic change in your weight or dress size, you have to burn calories and you have to maintain a balance between food intake and the amount of food you burn. You are definitely on the right track. If your looking for exercises I recommend checking out youtube.com There are THOUSANDS of FREE workout videos that range in all fitness levels. Some videos are only 10 mins long. Here are one of my favorite youtubers: http://www.youtube.com/my_subscriptions?feature=mhee&s=Ou_1wJM3VwjjzoSum0LmSZhZKiYLMOMElZAHdMZj0qg
I hope this works!
Good luck on getting a new car!!!!0 -
Also remember, that as you get smaller, weight comes off slowly. You sound like you actually might be pretty close or in your recommended weight range, so with exercise and healthy food you're more likely to see a lot of toning, rather than a lot of weight loss. You're doing great though!0
